"I found the item I was looking for(70's Disco Ball Centerpiece) at this website for much cheaper than other site. Unfortunately the item was not what the picture portrayed, and I decided to return it.

It turns out that Partycheap.com is just that, a bunch of cheapskates that keep your money. When making a return, they keep 20% of your money, not including shipping for what they call "re-stocking" fee. I have never heard of such a thing and I am extremely disgusted that they would do such a thing. Needless to say, I am writing this review in order to help someone else who might consider ordering from this company.

Be aware of the return policy and only buy the item if you have seen it in person, because their pictures LIE! "
