"I ordered Monogrammed guest towels and the texture of the towels are great- however the monogram on the towel is smaller than what we had anticipated from the preview. I am in the process of re-ordering but I am unable to get through to anyone in customer service. I left a message and hopefully someone will get back to me soon. "
