"Ordered my stand up 3mo in advance of my event.. 1 week before event opened it.. & it cracked at all the folds.. FREAKED OUT.. called customer svc.. They did an almost overnight redo.. Split the cost of the redo... In the small print they do advise against keeping it folded.. I never read the small print.. Had the party stand up in time in spite of the nail-biting.. & it was terrific!! "

"I paid $160 for a custom 6' standup with my custom art that folds, with a corrugated plastic backing. The print job for the artwork looks great... but there is definitely a "but". I opened it when I got it to make sure the print looked good, gently folded it back up as it came with the original non stick backing put between the folds as well. I then open to use it for the first time the next month, and notice as I am setting it up that the top fold looks like the vinyl graphics were not cut properly thus causing it to tear on BOTH sides of the top fold. These folds are cut, and the vinyl should be cut to prevent it from stretching and tearing. I emailed Party Standups support about the issue, the refused to respond... although I did get an automated response that their customer support team would contact me. This is the first, and last time I will buy from them. Further more, I would think that they should cut the vinyl back just a millimeter or so from the edge of the cut to make sure that there are not any issues at the joint."
"Very rude people to work with. Awful at communication and the manager is extremely rude. They tried to make me pay 40 dollars more due to them not getting back to me in time to send them a picture with better resolution. I had to repeatedly call and email and hardly ever got a response. Go find someone else to make your stand up."
"Quality of stand-up was very poor! Arrived folded and no matter how I tried to reinforce the stand behind it! It just would not stand up for long! It was very poorly constructed for $150. It was just basically a big picture print out, if I had a big enough printer, I could do a better job in my basement! I ended up bracing it to the wall and trying to prob it up behind a table. I would never recommend! Save your money and just get a poster"
