"I order from Party Standups OFTEN. Recently Chris was let go and since then customer service has went down hill. I am still waiting on an order that should have taken 10 days at most…it has now been 16 business days. When I called to make this order they made me order online even though in the past all orders were down over the phone because we order in bulk. When I inquired about why my order was so late I was told that I didn't ck the box to guarantee I got my order within 10 days..so it was set aside for holiday orders. Even though I order all the time and would have cked the box had I been aware or able to order over the phone as i wanted to. I am very upset and probably will not order again."

"I was sent an email telling me that the photo I chose wasn't super clear and to email the company of I wanted to go ahead and use that picture anyway and that if they didn't hear back from me in a couple days they would just go ahead with my order. I don't think you should just go ahead with the order. I think you should make contact with the customer to be sure that's what they want. I didn't get the email until it was too late. I would have refused the pic. It turned out blurry and grainy. "
