When I didn't hear anything I went to their website where there was a message for me indicating an issue with the resolution of my pictures. The customer service folks were great, but I was dismayed to be told that the graphic designers won't talk to customers and will not respond to email.
When I received the standups one of them was folded incorrectly in the package that resulted in the graphic tearing away from the cardboard. I would not recommend or use this company again."
