"I purchased the KIT: 25 ft White C9 String Light with (25) LED G40 Professional Bulbs - Warm White. One of the twenty five bulbs arrived broken, and 8 additional bulbs were covered in some type of very sticky sealant. It took me nearly an hour to carefully clean the substance from each of the bulbs so that I could screw them into the socket. A definite quality control issue from the shipping source. The string is now mounted on my screened porch and I'm definitely pleased with the results. The lights are beautiful."

"The order process went very smoothly, but once received, I was not happy with the product. Unfortunately the battery cover is extremely difficult to get open! I was not able to get it open just to put batteries inside. Since I would not use these that often, I would want to be able to remove batteries when not in use. Therefore, I will be returning this product."

"The 48 ft string of lights was of good quality as were LE Bulbs. Only disappointed that they no longer provide a longer tail on both ends of the string as the lights begin too close to the plug in and are not as serviceable because of this. Appears they used to have a 6 ft tail on each end but now have stopped doing that. WHY? Otherwise, no complaints with the product and shipping time from the company. "
