I was especially pleased by the minimal amount of unused space from plugs to first/last light. [Now, if only someone could construct a string of lights with a simpler cord structure. ]

The box my order came was crushed sometime during transit resulting in one of the LED bulbs being broken. I took pictures expecting a run-around in trying to get the bulb replaced, but when I called to report the problem, I got the opposite. Not only did they replace the broken bulb with no questions asked, they sent three additional bulbs at no cost. Outstanding company!! "
