"Customer service is below average because of the way it was communicated to me about parts that I ordered. I ordered on Monday and did not receive an email till Wednesday. I had to call on Thursday afternoon about a part that was in stock, and why was it not shipped. I had paid for expedited shipping. I have ordered in the past, did regular shipping for free and received the part in a week. However, this time I paid expedited shipping because I needed it fast. The customer service rep was not as helpful at all. I expected more then a requested refund for a part not in stock and the expedited shipping that was paid for. I was questioned about my past orders as if I was making it up, (that parts not in stock were shipped separately in the past). I hope it was recorded. I was made to feel like a fool. Customer service rep should of shipped the part overnight as courtesy. This action has caused me a monetary inconvenience. Past orders I would immediately receive a call or email about shipping issues. I think they should take off FAST SHIPPING or explain what their definition of it is on the web-site."

I bit the bullet this time and was blown away. You truly do get what you pay for. A few extra bucks got me higher customer service, a brand-new part and instead of possibly showing up in 15 - 30 days if at all, it arrived in 5 days! (Two days later than expected Monday instead of Saturday. ;))
I will not make the same mistake again and would highly recommend!"

If there's a part not available we order the parts from the manufacturer and wait to ship unless you select the rush shipping method which ships the in stock parts in a initial shipment then the parts we have to receive from the manufacturer in a second shipment. Typically we send an email with an updated 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed with an estimate time of availability once the manufacturer let's us know the timeframe we expect to receive it.
