"The reason for this 2 star review is because even though I paid for expedited shipping that guaranteed my page to be delivered by Friday, March 22, I still do not have my part. Why any large company would use the US postal service to ship anything is beyond me! The post office is a joke and because of this procedure, I will not be ordering anything else from this company! "
"Be sure you read the fine print on shipping. I ordered a part that I waited for nearly a month. I ordered it from Partzilla because they were significantly cheaper than other vendors. However, if you read the fine print on sheeting they state oversized parts may require a higher shipping cost. Okay, I understand that but then when you check out it says shipping $0. I then waited nearly a month for my part at which time I get a message I must pay an additional $220 or they won’t ship the part. This now makes them significantly more expensive than their competitors but since I already waited a month for the part how does a person cancel that order and order from someone else and wait another month. Then when talking to customer service they simply justify how there’s nothing wrong with what they did and basically blamed it on me. DON’T ORDER FROM THEM if that’s how they’re going to treat their customers!!"
