"I ordered six wraps for my daughter and her five bridesmaids on August 25. My VISA was charged the full amount on the same day. It's a month later, two emails and a phone call and still no wraps. I went to Macy's and bought them for half the price. "Sham International" would be a better name."

I have even called the number posted only to be disconnected.It appeared to be a legitamate company, but is questionable. Warning to other customers..save yourself the grief. I will be puttng in a dispute claim for a full refund as well."
"Rubbish. I ordered a pashmina on September 18 and it was supposed to arrive within 14 days max. 16 days later I emailed asking where it was and the email was ignored. I emailed another time and again received no response. Luckily I'd paid with PayPal so I claimed a refund. I got the refund without any apologies or excuses. Pathetic service and ignorant customer service. Well, zero customer service. If they'd run out of my product why didn't they tell me rather than not bothering? Stupid way to run a business. If I'd have paid Pashmina International with another payment method I'd have lost my money for sure. Pashmina International = scam!"
