"THIS IS A SCAM THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND MAKE EVERYTHING DIFFICULT!! I was trying to get my passport expedited before my trip but when finishing the application I wasn't aware that I needed 2 extra documents that they needed and they only give you 24 hours to mail everything in which isn't enough time. I tried to cancel my application and asked if I can get a refund. The representative put in a "ticket" for me and said I would get a response in a few business days, was told I was getting some of my money back and that it would take up to 24 business days!!!! After waiting the 24 business days I still had yet to see my refund. I kept calling and emailing the representative that had stated I was getting a refund and no return phone call or email!!!! I AM UNSATISFIED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I'VE TOLD FRIENDS AND RELATIVES NOT TO USE THIS WEBSITE."

This company refused to refund me all of my money stating that it was in the documents that I had signed that they didnt have to give it back to me. I cant even use the service now because my trip had been cancelled so I wasnt able to get my passport either. Not to mention I was on hold for 2 hours to get in contact with someone that could tell me that I was out of luck. I would highly recommend using a different service when they refuse to help someone that had their own mother pass away.."
"Being uneducated on the ways of passports, google decided to give me their business as the first search result instead of the USPS. As a result, I started an application. Fortunately, I realized within 10 mins this was not what I wanted and tried to contact them to cancel the order. I was only given a phone number that gave me a music number for 20-30 mins. Given it was Sunday, I decided to wait until monday morning. Thankfully they sent an email which had more contact information. I was able to get into contact with them and asked for a refund, which they said they'd consider.
However, this contradicted their own written refund policy, which says they never give refunds. After waiting 48 hours, I decided to dispute the charge. Again, all I did was pay: I did not share with them any personal information or continue the application process beyond that point. A refund should be a simple matter at such an early stage.
I'd also like to point out that using a website called "GovWorks.com" for their application process forces me to consider them a potential scam site. If this is a legitimate business, they need to get their policies in order: It is not "industry best practice" to refuse to refund customers who haven't started the application process. Heaven forbid you start the application process automatically after payment is received."

I am studying abroad next year and my travel agency is aking me for a picture of my passport. They need it ASAP so that I could proceed with the paperwork. However, my travel date is not until February. I thought by using Passportcenter.com that I could get my passport faster than doing it the regular way since I do need it ASAP. After I already paid and completed the application they tell me that they can not proceed until 6-4 weeks until the departure date. After explaining to them that I need it now, they just told me to try again in January. So I asked for a refund and signed a request form for which they denied.
They told me the reason they can not refund me my money is because I already completed the application form. So I paid this company almost $200 of money that I don't really have for them to tell me that they ultimately can not help me. They can't help me and have no problem keeping my money.
I noticed that whenever I had emailed them, they took forever to reply back sometimes up to 2 weeks. Also, when I tried calling to see if I can talk to someone from billing so that they can explain to me why they denied my request, they got back to me a week after. Each of those days I called and was told that someone will reach out to me by the end of the day and never did. This company lacks integrity and has the audacity to keep people money with a mediocre excuse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. USE ANOTHER ONE."

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Absolute worst experience I could have ever imagined. I paid $170 extra to get my passport expedited and the company did literally nothing. I called several times trying to speak with an agent and was never able to get through to an actual agent. An answering service told me they would send an email to an agent marked urgent on multiple occasions and again I never received a call back. When I finally got my paperwork sent in, after waiting a week and a half and not hearing any response I checked my email and I only received one email stating that I was missing an authorization paper on the outside of the packet. It was not stated anywhere that this paper was needed when filing everything out. I then called in and talked to an agent who proceeded to tell me I was going to have to upgrade my service because I didn't have enough time now and I would have to pay for it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me she would have to have one call me back. Furious I expressed how many times I had been told that in the past and I was not going to accept that response. Finally she patched me through to a manager who said he would take care of it and he would email the paperwork over, just sign it and send it back. After doing so he called back stating he had sent the wrong paper over and I had to do it again with the right one. I am still waiting to see if this gets resolved. If not I will miss my sister's wedding. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

"Feeling totally scammed. Note that when selecting an expedited window at check-out, it does NOT include the time it takes to receive and process the documents.
I live in Los Angeles, down the street from the federal passport agency. However, as I was not within the two week window for emergency passport services, I utilized passportcenter.com as a means to expedite my passport in 8-10 business days, ahead of an upcoming trip to Indonesia.
My passport was not sent to/received by the government (in New Hampshire) until days after I sent it, which meant that I was dangerously close to not receiving it in time. Customer service is extremely unhelpful - no updates on where your passport is not when you can expect delivery.
Government representatives were much more helpful in assuring me I was unlikely to receive it in time.
Long story short, no idea where my passport is, I leave for Indonesia in 3 days, and I'm finding myself going to the federal building tomorrow to intercept this awful service with an emergency passport. I've also been told I may need to repay the $200 government fine for a reprocessing of new documents.
Complete and utter rip-off. Highly advise against using. "
"After calling and leaving messages three times beginning 9am Eastern, the rude and dismissive Kerriuana Ward told me she would not be able to furnish my passport renewal by Wednesday morning, despite the fact that I had all of my paperwork in order (and had paid.) Though your front-end website experience is outstanding, your ability to perform and service clients is sorely lacking. Mrs Ward instructed me to go directly to the passport agency and that she would issue me a refund. I see this is easier said than done, in both respects!"
