"I tried to make an order with a total above the free shipping minimum but was getting charged for the shipping. It took nearly a month, and 14 back and forth exchange for them to
(1) read the content of my email
(2) say they would do nothing about the website issue (i.e., the amount seen online is just an estimate pre/post conversion so not actually reflective of the real amount)
(3) offer no compensation for the delay it took for them to answer, unless I now paid extra for expedited shipping the item would no longer arrive on time due to the delays in them answer
The only reason I made this order was that to complete a set. I do not anticipate ordering from Patpat again."
