Wrong size

"I placed an order earlier today and shortly after I noticed one of the item's I ordered was the wrong size. PatPat customer service reached out pretty quickly. I was given two option to fix it. I ended up cancelling the order and re-ordering. I'm glad I did, I found another coupon which gave me a bigger discount. It was a win win for me!"

"What I didn't like about shopping at PatPat was that I treid for about 20 minutes to proceedthe checkout. I typed in everything CORRECTLY but I couldn't click the "buy now" button because it said I needed to give a streetnumber, which I already did.
That was annoying and unsatisfying, perhaps you could change that so other people might not have the same problem.
