"Sent us Pins 10 days after our event was OVER (and we paid EXTRA for expedited shipping). Then refused to answer our phone calls, voicemails, emails. When we finally reached them after pretending to inquire about a new order they said it wasn't their fault the shipping company didn't get it to us on time. Our 10 year old's were the only ones at World series without pins and were very disappointed. Parents were disappointed in the $650+ down the drain. Such bad business people with awful customer service. "

4) design work was amazing from what i gave to what they designed the same day.

"After issues with another patch company the studio . I contacted patchsuperstore. They are very knowledgeable and explained everything to me along with making recommendations that made my design come out the best. They even pay tone matched my colors without a. Extra charge."
"Ordered 2 different patches from this vendor. Communication was very good with David, and I had a designer do the design in the appropriate format so they would be professional. When the patches came, on one of them the colors were way off. Vendor did not have a universal color chart or thread color to choose from. He pointed to website that has a color chart you can look at on the monitor, which is not an accurate way to do colors either. Asked him to do a sample and get a photo from the factory in China so we could be sure it would not happen again. He said that was a $50 fee!! He never made it right and should have made sure it came out correctly. I ended up going with another patch company, they did a sample at no charge, got it right the first time, and when they came in the mail they were much thicker and better quality than the PatchSuperstore patches. I asked for a credit, multiple emails, zero response. Will never use again. "

"I initially ordered from Patch Superstore because the customer service was prompt at the beginning. Once I placed the order though, the service and information has evaporated. My order has disappeared with absolutely no updates or information. I've left voicemails, emails and had direct conversations a representative but can't get any firm details as to what the status of my order is. Weeks have gone by with no information except that the factory might have more information and that maybe a manager might know more. It's well past the 7 - 10 days they tout on their site. I'm disappointed that putting them on a public forum like this is necessary but I do this in the hopes that an actual manager with some 100% accurate information actually takes action to remedy the situation."

"I ordered patches in November, what I received in December was very poor quality patches that where mostly deformed and burnt at the edges. I have emailed and called several times and have not received a single reply."
