"This is a review for a thing I bought a while back but I am pretty sure the ordering process was seamless, policies were long and there's a lot of things you as a customer need to be aware of regarding shipping companies - mostly stuff about making sure you inspect the stuff before signing for it. But it wasn't too complex and customer service was super helpful answering my questions. I love the umbrella, it's still looking great after a couple years and all sorts of weather."
