"I didn't get the code sent to my phone automatically, but PDUK called my later and resent it. So I think that is pretty good service. The only reason I did not award 5 stars is because of the automation failure."

"Having used Payday UK,I am extremely impressed by their efficient and professional service. My request for a payday loan was dealt with within the hour and funds deposited the same day. Their customer service set a very high benchmark for many other companies to follow. A company I will definitely recommend to anyone who was considering a payday loan!

UPDATE ON THE ABOVE!
Despite having called then in advance to advise that due to a situation outwith my control (BACS transfer at work had failed and we were paid by cheque for this month only)that I could not make payment until the day AFTER it was due as the cheque would not clear till then. I was emailed back and basically told .. tough! The day my payment was due I received no fewer that 4 phone calls from their collections team (one of them at work!). I fully explained the situation to the first caller and advised that the payment would definitely be made the following day.... but still received further calls!! In the end I advised them I was going to consult a solicitor (whom I work for about harassment!). How many times in one day can I advise that the funds are not available till the next day.... and that nothing was going to change!!
