"PB owed my company a refund for an overpayment on a machine billed in error. I spent 2 years trying to get the refund. That was hundreds of hours spent holding on the phone and writing emails etc. Nobody in customer service can do anything. If our contract hadn't been up for renewal (oh, yeah, they also lie to you about it expiring a year or so ahead of the real date...) and I swore we would not renew if the refund wasn't in my hand... somehow they got the refund to us and all is well. Right... "

they really have no clue of their own products, at least for the small business market. Stamps.com has its issues, but still a better choice than this."
