They couldn't figure it out for 5-6 days, and then wouldn't refund it. AND they wanted me to sign into this commercial real estate account to cancel it!! CRAZY. And I found a much better one for FREE (for real- yes you can email it afterwards without joining) with a google search."

I strongly suggest you don't use this service as an Adobe subscription is cheaper and provides more value anyway than $10 per month (OR MORE!) for this crap."
"I have been using www.pdffiller.com for last 3 yrs. It's a great service that lets you do all possible things with your documents (Edit, save, share, email and the best feature I've ever seen - send to sign; Get your documents signed in a sequence) I found a fillable W9 form template which was pretty easy to fill and print.
