"I placed an order for three cutting boards. After a month passed and they still hadn't arrived, I contacted the company. The rep stated my order was "sitting on the dock" and would be shipped tomorrow. After 2 more weeks and my order still fails to show, I call them again. Another rep looks at my order and tells me that it's "sitting on the dock" and will be shipped the next day. After another week and no order, I try a third time to call them but their voicemail box is full and not accepting messages. Left with no choice, I had to request a chargeback with my CC company."

"Disappointed... the actual holder was broken and I had to super glue it together. It still doesn't stay intact. Breaks every time I change the toilet paper. It is a special design so I can't find a replacement. I tried contacting the company, but it is VERY difficult to get through to them. Also, the stand itself is very wobbly. We can't even tighten it with a socket set. However, it matches my bathroom decor with the square base, so I am keeping it for now."
