"I bought this for my 15 and 17 year old sons to try. My 15 year old has already gained 2 inches since September 2010 while the 17 year old has gained almost 3 since he has been on it about 6 months longer. There is nothing harmful in the ingredients so I am comfortable with them taking the supplements like they would any vitamin. In fact it used to be hard to get them to take regular vitamins but now because they are seeing the results, they both take 3 tablets each every night without me having to remind them.
