"I love Peebles. It is my favorite store. I will shop there before I go anywhere else for my clothing. My biggest issue with the Albion, NY store is that there is one middle aged associate that, in my opinion, is very condescending in her mannerisms. I am retired from the corporate world and dealt with customers daily - Never call your customers Sweety, Dearie, Honey or any other terms of this type. It is very offensive. I resent being addressed like this. It is not professional. Of course, I'm sure this lady thinks she is being nice, but it sends the wrong message. Perhaps because I am 65 she feels this is how all senior ladies should be addressed. Not me! I am an adult with all my wits about me. I dress in current fashion and feel any sales associate should be professional and either address a customer properly or refrain from adding the cute nicknames. Save them for your spouse or grandparents. Very inappropriate in a business atmosphere! Other than that one associate - I love the Albion NY store and will continue to shop there. I will say that even though I dislike her cute names, she is otherwise very nice."

"I live half way between the Albion and Brockport NY, Peebles. While I enjoy shopping at both stores, Albion is my favorite.
