"I was in Peebles to get a gift card. I had A merchindise gift card and thought there was an errow the one that helped me went to great length to correct things and I am verry greatful to have some one that caring to be in our peebles store."

"There was no one at the shoe department. I waited about 5 minutes, called out, and no one came. All I needed was the small hose to try on the shoes. I went to the front cashier to ask if anyone was in the shoe department and she told me someone would be there soon. I looked for the small hose/socks to try shoes with and never found them, then waited about 15 more minutes while I looked around some more. I tried my shoes without the small hose/socks and I think I found a pair that would fit. I walked to the cashier to pay and told her no one was in the shoe department like she mentioned. (There were 2 people in the front now) They asked what I needed; I said hose and before I could finish, the other person (not at the cashier) said the store did not carry them any more. I said I needed the small ones to try on shoes. She said there were some in a box back there,but I told her I looked all over and never found them. Oh, was all she said. I then gave the cashier my card and a $10 discount card and without looking at it, she said she could not accept it because it was a certain type product. I looked at the card and showed her there were no exclusions that I could see. She tried it and the $10 discount was processed. Whew, what a horrible experience that was. I have never had this horrible experience in that store. Please, have someone in the shoe department/back of the store at all times. If not, have a bell the customer can ring or a note when the associate will return. The store was not that busy, no one was called to come to the shoe department, and even when the front cashier finished ringing up the 3-4 customers out front, she did not come back or send anyone back there to help me. Customer No Service--you can do better."
