"I love to use the coupons and check the clearance items. The staff is usually very friendly, today was an unusual experience. It is Christmas time so that is likely the reason for the crowding of the aisles. An elderly or handicapped person would have been unlikely to shop at all. I left my cart while browsing and had difficulty finding it due to the crowding of racks. Today was not what I usually experience though."

"you need to update the shoe department...never seem to have size 7 in stock and when I go online I see all these different styles yet the stores shoe department is very small. Another problem I have is you keep trying to sell seasonal clothing when the next season is already here. why not think of donating them to hurricane victims or people who need them....i keep seeing loads of clothes on sale in the entrance way--looks like a resale shop."
