"I was in your Belle Vernon store for approximately one hour and NOT ONE of the (what looked to be) 4 associates said one word to me. I've worked in retail and feel like something as simple as saying hello when a customer enters the store is extremely important. The cashier I had (I guess her name was Lynelle-that's what the receipt said) was AWFUL!! I had to ask HER how she was and she made me feel like I was a bother for just being there. I can guarantee I will never return to that store and feel like the associates you hire should be more personable and thank your customers when they make a purchase from your establishment."
