"This particular visit was amazing. The tickets were to be handed out at 1pm. We were greeted by a very lively associate who invited us in the initial doors to wait til 1pm. She played games with us to earn points and sang and danced to some Christmas songs. It was very enjoyable. It livened up the customers so no one wanted to hurt each other over a spot in line haha. I enjoyed her enthusiasm and that woman def deserves to be recognised for the effort!"
