"The customer service I received from our local Bradford Peebles today was both shocking and horrific. While I was waiting for my cashier to check out my items, she was having a bit of trouble - which is more than fine, I understand that everyone struggles and maybe she was even new. Once she had realized she had made a mistake, she asked the "Manager" Sue for help. While they were screaming back and forth to each other throughout the store, Sue finally came over to help the cashier. While walking over to "help" the cashier, she was complaining and clearly unsatifisied that she had to come and help at all. Not to mention, once she reached behind the counter she under her breath had said "Jesus Christ", for having to come over to help. This is in NO way how you react - especially when you are the Manager of a store. I couldn't believe my ears when I heard her say that. I'm not sure what kind of Manager that would be. I thought Managers would be friendly and willing to help others, but I must be mistaken. I will NOT be back. I would gladly take my business elsewhere."
