"I was pleased with the huge sale that the company was having. Marie the assistant manager was so helpful,pleasant,kindness, friendly and professional plus excellent customer service. I will be back this Sunday again for that huge sale before it ends Sunday. The only thing was there wasn’t any shopping cart."

"I went to the store without my receipt to exchange a Rebecca Malone top with the tag still attached for $20.00. I needed a larger size. The stales associate said I could only exchange it for the exact same shirt different size. In most stores you can exchange a the same price point and brand but not here. There was not a shirt like this in the store so she had to issue store credit. I had to wait in line for a long time because on only 1 person was checking out customers even though there was a long line. The manager was in the back of the store sorting clothes and another associate seemed to be just walking around not doing much of anything. On a weekend when the store is very busy like it was today there should be more than 1 person checking out customers."

"My sales associates (Jennifer and another associate who is always there with dark curly hair ) and the store manage Renee are AMAZING! These girls at the store in Upper Deerfield are the most kind hearted woman I’ve ever encountered in retail. I give these woman a 10 out of 10 rating! They are the reason I come back again and again. I love the deals ,don’t get me wrong, but the customer service is out of this world! Keep up the good work ladies! And THANK YOU for being YOU!"

"1. although everywhere there were signs that the whole store was 40% off (except for exclusions) when I got to the register I was asked for my coupon. nowhere in the advertising posted all over did it say you needed a coupon to get the 40% off. When I told the cashier I had left my phone in my car so couldn't pull up a coupon online she said she would use hers. Why did the advertising make it sound like the 40% was automatic if it wasn't? 2. I almost don't shop at Peebles because the check-out process is painful. All I want is to make my purchases without giving my phone number, my email address, or signing up for anything. I want to pay for my purchases and that's all. My sister leaned up to me as we waited for people ahead of me to go through this excruciatingly long sign up process for this and that and said, that's why I don't shop here anymore."

"I love the store. Some of the prices are high. I used to buy a lot in the home department but now that most of the items end in .98 and I cant use most coupons I wont be purchasing as much because the items are priced higher than other stores as it is. At least with the coupons it made it more comparable."
