"I purchased an outfit to wear to a rehearsal dinner coming up this weekend. The clogs I walked around the store in because I needed them to be comfortable. I told the associate that I would wear them home and she said fine, scanned the box etc. I spent a total of $150 and got good deals. I drove in the clogs, went to get out at my next client, and noticed the anti theft tag was still in place on the outside of the left shoe.I. All to see if there was a magnet release and was told no, they were sorry but it would have to be brought back. The closest store is 16 in a direction I won't go again until NEXT Monday after the rehearsal dinner. I spent my allotted amount on my outfit and still have no new shoes to wear.I know this is no ones fault directly.It is however an additional time waste and expense to me to buy new shoes or drive 32 miles round trip to get an electronic theft device that did not alarm."
