Per Manager; I was told the barcode must be visible and that this time my coupon would applied, but do not do it again. My printed out coupon copy did not have the barcode printed for the $5 off coupon. Per coupon use the barcode for online purchase. The clerk would not apply the $5 coupon discount due to the copy didn't have the barcode just the $5.00 coupon.I printed out the coupon in a word document. I'm out $5.00. I presented the $5.00 coupon to your check out clerk. Are you able to reconsider and honor your $5.00 coupon? This passed visit I shopped at your store due to your coupons and did print out your coupon. Otherwise, prior shopping experiences were excellent and now is a negative result because your $5.00 coupon was not honored."
