"Was looking for a pair of boots listed in the Black Friday sale add. Two associates helped me but could not find the boots on the website. The manager got involved and made a call because the add did not have the brand name next to each boot, therefore searching the website was horrendous for the poor associates--97 pages of inventory to go through. The manager was super, super excellent and found the boots and saved my day as my granddaughter absolutely loved the boots in the sales magazine. One thing I would recommend is that the brand names be listed next to items to make it easier to order on-line. I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received on a high-volume shopping day. Kudos to all of them in the Browns Mills, NJ store. I was greeted at the door, an associate found a person familiar with the shoe department, two other associates searched the web and then the manager stepped in and said I wouldn't leave the store without those boots!"
