The store was not busy when I went in;so I asked the associate at the counter if she could help me select some items since I was shopping for something to wear to my brother's upcoming wedding. "I recently visited this store and i would line to say i am not from the area umm about a hour away, so anyway i go to registrar to be greeted by the most obnoxious rude cashier Gabellie who over charged me then was totally ridiculously rude when confronted with her mistake. So i leave and i decided well I'll try to purchase online and see if i have better luck there. NO it was just as bad. I tried to make my purchase which the site was SO slow and it would not let me put my card information in, so i call the customer service number and i was on. hold for almost 3hrs only for them to say oh sorry were closed call back again. Reason i even waited that long is because the sales were only that day. So anyway i try the next day and again on hold for 2 hrs. I decided to look fur another number a corporate number which i came in contact with the sage credit department who patched through too the online catalog who OMG that lady was so rude so i asked for a supervisor which was very rude as well. So i call back again to try and get someone who was nice and willing to try and help me well after several more rude people i FINALLY get a nice lady who did her very best to try and help me but even her efforts to contact her supervisor was not successful. He was on the phone with what im assuming another upset costumer. So anyway after 3 days of trying to speak with someone the site finally took my card information. So after Christmas i have to return 3 items. I go to the store in caro and go to registar and again Gabrielle was there and right of the bat was rude. She did told me to swipe my card and put my pin number so the refund would go on my card. So i do whay she tells me to do 3 times and its not working so she snatches my cats out of my hand and and does the same thing i just did 3 times and what do you know it didn't work. So i tell her run as credit and so that worked. She precedes to tell me im making her have a bad day. Then after finally getting done with the refunds the lady behind says am i next and Gabrielle makes a comment about me to the customer! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE!!! OR PURCHASE THROUGH THEIR ONLINE CATALOG!! My friend that was with me the very first time said her and her mom went back there shopping and Gabrielle was very rude to them. They shop there all the time and spend quite a bit of money there and they won't go back as long as that lady is working there!! If you want to get treated like rudely this is your store but my suggestion is DONT GO TO THIS STORE OR 4TH THEIR ONLINE CATALOG!!"
