"My experience was good, UNTIL I got to the check out. The cashier (an Assistant Manager named Diane?) told me that I HAD to enter my phone # into the screen. I did not want to enter my phone number. She responded by telling me that I HAD to, in order to complete the check-out process. At that point, I asked for a manager. She then walked around at the front of the store for a few minutes and then came back to the register and finished ringing me up, even though I had not entered my phone number, nor did it appear that she had discussed the matter with anyone, least of all a manager. She was very unfriendly. I had been having a very positive experience at the store until I was treated poorly at check-out for refusing to give my personal phone number during the process. Unfortunately, I am more likely to warn people of this, rather than encourage someone to shop there."

"This store just reopened today. Did not look around because was just going for Clinque. Well lighted, bright, and fresh looking. Very Very disappointed in advertisement. Suppose to be giving $100 to first 50 customers starting at 9:00 when store opened. Just because there was a line they opened early not giving everyone a chance for the $100. I was there early and they were all gone at that time."

"Peebles in Celina, OH was damaged some time ago from a tornado. Was so happy to go to their grand reopening today. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, even though it was crazy busy. I received a $100 gift card and nice tote bag for being one of the first 50 patrons in the door. (Happy birthday to me...I turn 67 tomorrow). The wait, standing outside in 8 degree weather for well over an hour, was totally worth it. I found two clothing items on the clearance that I can’t wait to wear. And I’m looking forward to going back with my sister to shop again. Thank you, Peebles."
