"Major purpose of trip was to work on my 88 year old mother's Christmas shopping list. They did not have enough help. There was no one on the floor to ask questions of. I waited in line probably 20 minutes to ask for a price check and to ask if I could order something in a 3rd color. When I waited another 30-45min in line--while some gal appeared to do transaction after transaction checking if each item qualified for her coupon taking at least a half hour just for her some other gal came around and got her price check while mother's things were being bagged. We got a $30 off--good for two days--I can't just run there, I may or may not use it--with dealing with an 88 year old mother who may be in independent senior living it doesn't really work that way--running a business--trying to build a house out of state--which we will need everything for, sell this one...etc. etc. I don't know if I can be bothered with these one day sales. It got her much of her list so I was pleased to help. The assistant mgr who checked us out was doing his best but that store needs staffed. A gal found a cell phone in a coat she tried on and couldn't find anyone to give it to. Someone, who was also shopping with her elderly mother almost took my loaded cart while I stood in line trying to ask about if I could order an item...they did order one item for us when we checked out but that time our shorter line must have had 10 people in it so I didn't bother about asking about the other I'd had enough like the rest of them. I did visit a Goody's when we travelled across country, have no idea where the others are, never have seen them, don't know if my credit card is good at any of them. More staff, more carts, a price check scanner--all would help. Staff did their best. One gal came up, with her elderly mother from Akron. We spent so much time in line together we almost made dinner plans together. You offer some nice things. I will continue to shop there but yesterday wasn't a good experience"
"Associate before of what a mess this store is in. Apparently management does not care how the store looks. When the store was owned by the Carlisle Co. it was a much better store, clean and organized."

"Totally dislike the lack of checkout counters to pay. The center isle has no signage to indicate it is a checkout. People wander looking for a place to pay for items."
