"The store was almost empty of customers. No associates were visible when I wanted to ask about boots. 25 minutes before closing they made an announcement to finish selecting and go to checkout!! How ridiculous when there were only 3 or 4 customers in the store. And they made another announcement with 15 minutes to go. When we approached the register there were 4 employees just standing there."
