"Shopping in the store was good, sales personnel did not hound you but check out was not good--went to two cash registers and no one acknowledged I was there--went to the third register and waited for at least 10 minutes while the customer ahead of me purchased two items--then the register ran out of paper and I was asked to go to another register and the associate had to call management to be able to log on to register. That associate was the most pleasant employee I have ever met as at that time my patience with waiting had left me and I was not happy."
