"Great experience! Wanted to purchase an item with no tag. Associate and Manager worked hard to find the right price. When that wasn't possible, the manager found a similar item (which was on clearance) and gave me the sale price. They were both very professional, patient, and didn't act like I was causing them any bother at all.They both also made certain I got all of the appropriate 20% and 40% discounts being offered."
"I can find clothes that fit, especially the petite pants to accommodate my height. Saves the headache of getting pants altered."

"I went there for a baby shower gift. I found what I was looking for, the Carter's baby clothes and baby hair elastic ribbons right away. the associate helped me find the right size. Associates were helpful and friendly. The women's clothes looked great on the racks. i only wish that i had more time to shop for me. i just made the purchase and had to run. I plan to go back on a Saturday, my day off, when i have more time. Love the store!"

"Enjoy the super sales, especially the clearance with age discount. The only negative to the store is the restroom. It was out of toilet paper and drying paper. This has happened twice when visiting this store."

"Customer service experience was horrible. The 1st lady I went to told the lady in front of me that she could not make her credit card payment because the line was too long and to come back another day. When the lady rung up my item, the price came up wrong and she needed a manager to override and sent me to the manager. I waited in line for 25 minutes. I was very upset. Worst customer service ever. The manager was fine but she took a very long time ringing up other customers until she got to me. I was very disappointed with my experience."
