"When I walked in the store I was not welcomed, but was instead told that they were closing in five minutes. Then as I was rushing to find something I needed I observed another customer trying to explain that the price was not ringing up as advertised on the sign and the employee was very rude to her and kept telling her that she was wrong and the sign didn’t say that. She then told the customer that, once she showed it the employee, the sign was wrong and there was nothing she could do for her. The customer explained that she should do a price change but the employee refused and said it was company policy. I explained to the employee that legally she had to price match the advertised price. As the customer was leaving and explaining that she would call corporate, she told her very rudely to bring it back and she would fix it another day. Normally no problems, but tonight the employees made me not want to shop here anymore."
