"I love shopping at our Peebles. I can always find that special gift. It would be appreciated if more shopping carts were available & some without a child seat. These are too bulky & difficult to maneuver through the shopping aisle. Our store also needs more associates that can assist with checkout. Usually there are only two. While there are more registers located in the store, there is not associate at the register."

"I visited Peebles in Festus MO. I never shop there, stopping only to get a gift card for someone who does. Employees were very friendly and helpful. I got exactly what I needed and purchased 3 more items because the price was great. Store seemed organized and clean, there was a large variety of women clothing. I am however, discouraged from shopping there. Upon exiting, I noticed a precious woman in a wheelchair in the street approaching Peebles alone. I held both doors open for her as the storefront was not accommodating at all. Very disappointing. We must care for our elderly and disabled, so here’s my pledge.....if Peebles in Festus puts in appropriate measures for elderly and handicap at their front entrance, I commit to shopping there more and will even notify the newspapers of their commitment to community care. For now, I will continue shopping elsewhere and drive by occasionally to see if anything has change. #37 the answer is neither but it made me select one to continue."

"One of my purchases was not in bag when I got home. It was not in my trunk.Called store to see if it was around the register. The clerk laid the bag on its side when I was checking out. I thought it may have fell on the floor. It could have fell out on the way to car? I am just out the money for that purchase. The person who answered the phone put me on hold for a long time. Manager answered that line a few times, told her what I was waiting for. Finally gave up and hung up the phone, they wouldn't have done anything even if they found them...figured the gloves were already put back up in stock. It was the only pair of the cuddle dud gloves left on display rack.. Just disappointed I have to buy another pair. They were not that cheap.Other than that I do like the store in the area, it is convenient."
