"After much searching, I found two items that I desired to purchase. The cashier had issues ringing up items with use of coupons (insisted she could do both coupon and gift certificate together). Something went wrong and I politely informed her that the amount was incorrect. She tried to explain something that made no sense and then became upset when I asked her to ring the items separately so that I could use the coupon and gift certificate separately. She did and the price was as I had expected and told her. She did not appear happy about being wrong. Placed my last receipt in the bag instead of asking me if I wanted it and handed me my bag without saying a word."

"Store system was down so concerned couldn't do exchange. Wasn't my closest location but I had picked up wrong size. My mistake but really didn't want to come back again. Finally, could tell I was upset (not ugly) found a solution but felt simple to me from start. Exact item just diff. size. Write down the #'s and take care of customer and adjust sale/inventory when system up. Then, new items purchased Left Dye Tag On, hope store closer will remove it for me. Going to learn to check before I leave from now on."
