She gets away with everything because someone said her and the district manager have a relationship and she's untouchable. This is not fair to the associates and customers. I do not even understand how she still works for this company."

"Sales associates are always scarce in the store. Things have been/are being rearranged in the local store so have to look around more to find things. Fitting rooms needed cleaning - very large dust bunnies all over the floor. I find many of the styles very unappealing (some just plain ugly) and find it hard to locate regular-looking clothes."

"Did not shop at STAGE - but Peebles. I had two items that needed a different size - one item I found - the other not available. The cashier said that they could do an even exchange on one item, but since I could not find the other item in stock - he would only credit me back the now sales price of $6.31. I told him that when I made the purchases I had two $10 cards of which one was for my birthday. He said that he couldn't do anything about that so basically I lost the credit of $20 that I was going to apply to a pair of jeans that were $28. I felt like Peebles gave me 2 $10 gift cards and then took them back. I feel very cheated and after this experience I will not continue shopping at Peebles in the future. I feel that this could have been applied but it may have been too much effort for it to be done by the cashier."
