"There was a new associate yesterday that I could tell was new, but did not reach out to anyone for help nor did anyone offer to help, for the first time ever I left the items I wanted to purchase. I was frustrated, but I still returned today but brought my coupons from home and my friend to shop. Hannah was and always is very helpful and friendly. She double checked to ensure the coupons worked. I felt good about my purchases and felt Hannah helped ensure I got the savings that the coupons were supposed to give and if not explained the reason."

"I love the Elizabethton, Tennessee stages store, Peebles. They have a computer monitor that needs to be replaced with one that works, because when they are ringing you up, you can't see the prices. Also, they need to manage their breaks better. If they hadn't given a large percentage of their employees a lunch break at the same time and staggered them instead, they could've waited on more people. I think they are trying to please their employees instead of their customers. I may be remembering a different visit a few days after Christmas when this occurred. They only had three check out stations and three employees cane back from a lunch break as I made my way to the front of the line, which took over 30 minutes! Other than that, they have been very helpful and considerate! The merchandise is top of the line and the sales are phenomenal! I think they should allow you to use all their coupons,additionally, because I go into the store to use a coupon and find out I'm not able to use it."
