"I've shopped at Peebles for years but I'm very unhappy with your service now. I was treated very badly and the clerk was rude. He had to ring me up 4 or 5 times to get the price and blamed it on the register. I told him what the correct price was and he got rude with me. Then I told the manager about it to no avail she said wasn't programmed in the computer right. I even told them that I was going to look for another store to shop at."
