"The survey questions should be open ended if you want a customer's opinion. My experience on 4/30/19 was frustrating due to the store's policy not to combine offers, the 20% offer on Tuesdays which I didn't want to use since I had a $10 birthday coupon. That was the reason I went to your store in Elkton, MD. I cannot fault the associates, but the exclusions were confusing when I just wanted to purchase a watch which I did for half price and then decided to use the $10 coupon. That became confusing when the $10 was not taken off the whole purchase but item by item. The store # is 05047; the register is 003 and the transaction is 7107-4 if you want more details. "My experience with Peebles was a great overall due to the pleasant interaction with the staff. In terms of intimates apparel I was shopping for, I was looking for an undergarment with padding (which is generally hard to find anywhere). However, it is summer/spring. Therefore, maybe that made an impact on the intimates to select. They could have had a little more to choose from."
