"On 2-6-2019 I took my 29 year old daughter shopping to buy her boots and clothes. She was at the shoe department and there were 3 employees standing around 2 cashiers and 1 lost prevention worker, later on the 12th I found out one of the cashiers was a night manager. One of the cashiers said very rudely do you know what you want yet which upset my daughter so much that I had to go back to the shoe department and help her myself as the 3 employees still were standing around and laughing, From what I saw and heard the woman childishly believed that she was impressing the man who looked much younger 15 to 20 year difference between them. It was absolutely stomach turning to see and hear all of that. Most importantly it really **** me off how my daughter was talked to and treated. Very unprofessional"

"I have been a Peebles customer and card holder for over 20 years. I have probably sent close to $10,000 through the years. I love Peebles and have always bought all of my clothes there for work and casual living. Given gift card to my daughter for her shopping experience. "I was at this store both Friday and Saturday of this past week. Both times the wait to check out was very, very long. I knew exactly what I was going back to get the 2nd time and was very disappointed when the wait was so long again - that instead of a quick 5 min stop, it turned into 30. While a wait is usually typical when I shop here, both of these times made me question if it was worth it!! Hopefully this can be corrected. If not, I'm sure I will continue to shop here when it fits my needs, but I won't look forward to it!"
