"Being Christmas I understand the supply of merchandise on hand; gifts and things you don't normally carry. However, although an attempt was made to have displays, it was so crowded that you could hardly get around in the store. The departments were running together. You would start looking in one department and before you know it you will be in jewelry or mens' and wonder how you got there. It was hard to distinguish one department from another. But other stores were the same way. It seems that there aren't enough employees to take care of the shoppers. There are always lines to wait in and no one to ask questions of."
