"Christmas time is a bad time to rate a store because of the rush and bussle but I found it difficult to locate advertised items. some were not in the store I visited according to the sales assiciate which I did not like. One of my items was on sale but I was charged full price. I did use a 25 % coupon but did not catch the error until I was in the car. I returned and had to wait in line again to eventually get my refund and the sale price but she could not give me the 25% off even though it was a .99 cent ending because she said the computer would not let her. so I lost the use of the 25% coupon. I asked for my coupon back then to use at another time The clerk gave me an expired perfume coupon. Again I did not notice that until I was in the car. I had to go back in and wait again to request a valid 25% coupon. By that time I was embarresed and frustrated with the use of coupons at this store. It was a crazy waste of time this shopping trip"
