"We had a great shopping experience. We loved this store when we used to live in FRanklin, NC. The store has changed considerable with the addition of so much home decor items. The reason I couldn't give higher evaluations on some of the questions was that new items were all around the store, waiting to be put on display. That made it more difficult to negotiate the area. But, we had such a fun time shopping the clearance items and the age percent off was so perfect. We had shopped and purchased the day before this particular shopping expedition and when our daughter heard about the great sale, we returned again. We shopped for Christmas, family and friends. The checkout line was long (because people were buying), so after we had waited in line quite a while, Tamera Nelson called us to her register and checked us out - coupons and all. We had a fun time with her and she helped us out with all our purchases. When we all saw the total, we were ecstatic!!! What a shopping experience. We still love the store, just don't live close any more. Keep the age discount, please. Several Questions on the survey are NA. No place to choose that. #37."
