"I came in to buy a Clinique item. The lady was with someone else and walked past me several times, never acknowleding me or smiling or saying she would be with me in a moment. Didn't act enthused about anything, tried to make small talk to which she was not receptive. They had a drawing on the counter with a purchase I had to ask to join and she seemed annoyed then didn't allow me to write my guess on my own slip of paper, she had me tell her my guess then she entered it into the box on the counter. I have no idea what she even wrote. Won't be back here again!"

"I used to love going to Peebles to find great outfits, but lately their selection has not been that great. Also the store I went to the staff was not friendly at all. There were 3 there the entire time i was shopping and not one asked how i was or if i needed any help. When i went to check out the girl at the register was kind of rude and did not even ask how my shopping experience was, and when I was done did not say thank you for shopping Jr have a great day. She was not a very polite person at all and not the kind of person I would want to check out with again."
"I was not at Stage. I was at Peebles in Fremont, Ohio. I am glad I took this survey so I could address the issues I have brought up. This associate was truly nice every time I go there. Also an associate named Carol has always been pleasant, and a new girl named Kaitlyn. But the manager before this most recent one was rude, sat all the time at a computer with her cell phone on. The time she did have to run a register she was blatantly rude to me and was looking around the store for someone to get her off the register. It was really quite comic. I think her name was Marcia. Often I would see the younger associates sit at that desk and the older associates would have to cash out while they laughed and talked. It was during one of these times when I was being cashed out by an associate named Margaret that she asked for help from a younger associate (who was standing around talking) that the younger girl was so incredibly rude to the older. I dont think Margaret is there anymore but the rude girl is. Glad I had a chance to tell this. There's no reason for people to be treated like this. Just Sayin"
