"I was not happy. I purchased 2 bottles of beautiful and while leaving the store I noticed they had a set that had extra stuff in it for the same price so I asked if i could exchange what I bought for that set. The cashier asked another cashier and she said yes and then another cashier walked up that had gotten me the free gift you get when you buy Estes Lauder and said she will need to give us back the gift she got in a non friendly tone. I said but I am just exchanging this for the set. She then said Awe OK. I had used a $5 rewards I had earned on the first purchase and they would not take my $5 rewards off of the exchanged purchased. She said it will only work one time. I hadn’t left the store and just made an exchange. I know it is just $5 but i feel they should have taken the $5 off of the exchange. I should have just returned the order and left. I just didn’t like the attitude of the one cashier. I worked in retail for 44 years and you just don’t treat people that way!"
