"Horrible experience not a single store associate available to help me find what I was looking for, store so crammed full of merchandise it was difficult to get through aisles, to see and find what I needed. Checkout was worse it was like a maze around the stinky perfume section very cramped and appeared to be only one cashier. When I noticed another cashier was working/chatting I went to her register and she would not acknowledge my existence and continued to chat with a man whom had already finished checking out. I wanted to say get a room or exchange numbers I want to pay for this coat and get the hell out of this dinky, hoarding feeling store. This store is a fire hazard so packed with crap that customers would have a hard time getting out safely. This location needs to remove some clothes and displays to open up the aisles, squeezing between racks and shelves is annoying and the registers should be brought to the center of the store near the front in a square design with 1 register for checkout on each side of the square. Get rid of the rat maze design that makes customers search to find the entrance to the registers. Perfume should be a small area after the cashiers area but not too close as to bother customers who are sensitive to perfume smells. This is the first time I have ever shopped at Peebles Geneseo location and not impressed after some time thinking about checking out this store, my gut told me to stay away and now I know why. Absolutely horrible and unbelievable that the cashier seemed to act as if it was acceptable to continue chatting when she had another customer rather than wrap up the conversation and greet me. I stood there waiting for her to SHUT UP! HOW RUDE CAN YOU BE!"
